Due to the perishable nature of packaged food snacks, returns are accepted strictly for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos of the package and shipping label so we can dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
